Our Water pipes are manufactured with 100% HDPE Virgin material procured from reputable polymer manufacturers. We follow stringent procedures by ensuring the correct raw material is used for our extrusion processes and our products are produced according to ISO4427 specification Our Quality control starts from raw material been tested at our modern On-site laboratory and further tests are conducted during manufacturing and batch testing on completion of production shifts. Tensile strength, Elongation test, crush test, impact test, heat reversion tests, SDR ratios, Hydrostatic tests conducted in a water tank over a stipulated period of time. Each of these tests are measured by certified calibrated equipment and documented according to IS09001-2015 QMS processes.

Our pipes are available in diameters ranging from 16mm to 500mm with pressure ratings from PN6 to PN25, catering to a variety of applications. They come in blue or black, or black with blue stripes, with blue pipes or black pipes with blue stripes designated for drinking water use.
